Kaitlyn Leeb Joins ABC Family’s ‘Shadowhunters’

ABC Family’s Shadowhunters adds Canadian actress and Degrassi alum Kaitlyn Leeb as New York vampire clan leader Camille Belcourt.

The announcement was made today via Twitter:

 

Leeb joins Katherine McNamara (Clary Fray), Dominic Sherwood (Jace Wayland), Harry Shum Jr. (Magnus Bane), Alberto Rosende (Simon Lewis), Emeraude Toubia (Isabelle Lightwood), Matthew Daddario (Alec Lightwood), Maxim Roy (Jocelyn Fray), Isaiah Mustafah (Luke Garroway), Jon Cor (Hodge Starkweather), Alan Van Sprang (Valentine Morgenstern), and David Castro (Raphael Santiago).

Shadowhunters is based on The Mortal Instruments book series by Cassandra Clare and follows 18 year-old Clary Fray as she discovers the world of the Nephilim (humans with angelic blood) and their battles against demons who seek to overtake the mundane world. The series will air on ABC Family in 2016.
